Our Team Members are responsible for a wide variety of technological issues, monitoring client systems, and exceptional client-focused service to help our clients meet their overall business goals. We triage support issues to prioritize our day-to-day work, as well as deal with ad-hoc and special projects as they arise.
We work with a variety of hardware and software and deal with such issues as acquisition/disposal, install/uninstall, upgrade, troubleshooting, and repair of client and third party hardware/software. We work with limited supervision and our client calls often come with a sense of urgency.
